I’ve been a therapist for over 30 years and I love what I do. I have studied many different models of therapy (family systems therapy, psycho-dynamic therapy, solution focused therapy, EMDR, John Gottmann marriage therapy, mindfulness meditation, and more).
But my extensive training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) is by far the best training, and the best method, that I have found. My clients often tell me how different and how much more helpful this method is. With IFS therapy I am able to really hear and deeply understand you. Our initial session will be 75-90 minutes long. With IFS therapy, you and I pay careful attention to your whole person; your thoughts & feelings, your health and body signals, and your inner spirit however you define it.
I believe that a good therapist rarely gives you advice or answers. Instead, it’s my job to help you find your own wisdom, confidence, and courage to face and resolve whatever life throws at you, no matter how frightening or painful. With IFS therapy I will show you how.
